Is there a lock-in contract? +
All plans have a 3-month minimum commitment. This is because digital marketing — especially SEO — takes time to show results. After 3 months, you can continue month-to-month or upgrade/downgrade your plan. We don't believe in 12-month lock-ins.
Are ad spend costs included in the pricing? +
No. Our plan fees cover strategy, management, and execution. Ad spend (budget paid to Google or Meta) is separate and managed directly from your account. We'll recommend optimal budgets based on your goals during onboarding.
How soon will I see results? +
Paid advertising results are typically visible within the first 30 days. SEO results begin showing at 60-90 days and compound over time. Social media growth depends on your current presence and content quality. We set realistic expectations from day one.
Do you work with businesses outside Gurugram? +
Absolutely. We work with brands across India — and even internationally. Our team operates remotely and communicates via WhatsApp, email, and video calls. Location is never a barrier to great marketing.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? +
Yes. After your initial 3-month commitment, you can adjust your plan at any time with 15 days' notice. We want the engagement to work for you — not feel like a burden.
